		<description><![CDATA[Man, great memories. I think this was the last Royals game my old man (RIP) took me too. Drove down from Omaha with flooding on median and both sides of the interstate....

Distinctly remember it being hot, steamy evening. Appier was otherworldly. Had never been to a game where I was rushing back to my seat to see visitors at the plate. Still vividly remember that Gaetti double, just inches away...

I hate Kenny Rogers to this day for this outing. Scattered hits and baserunners through the night only to get the win against a 28 batter performance.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane, easily the best and most memorable Royals performance I&#039;ve  witnessed in person.]]></description>
