For those that say you can’t have too many OFs, I guess I would say the same thing about pitchers. And 3rd basemen do not grow on trees.

Have always enjoyed your work and looked forward to each Saturday morning here (your Friday there) to read the latest column.
On this week’s Notes, can’t agree more with your analysis of Royals (and Dayton Moore’s) confusion the last year plus. I think I am about to go bald from all the head scratching.
The other thing to note (no pun intended) with the expected late off season flurry of reliever signings (Flanny and others keep talking about) is where KC finds room if any make the squad. DM has about dumped all the chaff off the 40 man roster meaning any that go now will be tough decisions.
