The Legends bats led them to a win with a run explosion in the first three innings.
Facing off against the Rangers Michael Matuella, the Legends bats battered the righty early and often. Third baseman Emmanuel Rivera got it started with the first of his four hits when he connected on a two run home run to right-center to push Lexington ahead 2-0.
One inning later, Khalil Lee doubled the score with his eleventh home run of the year before Rivera singled in Angelo Castellano. Up 5-1 after two innings, Lee and Rivera each reached four RBI with a pair of singles as part of a four run inning that would put the game out of reach.
